Brass valves being stolen in Fowler

Fowler Police released a notice to residents involving water backflow brass valves being stolen. Fowler Police say the thieves are using power tools to cut the valves off and sell them to recyclers

Fowler Police released a notice to residents involving water backflow brass valves being stolen.

Fowler Police say the thieves are using power tools to cut the valves off and sell them to recyclers for the brass.

There have been two separate incidents reported so far.

The first Incident occurred on Sunday, December 22 between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM the next morning, on 7th Street south of Merced Street.

The second incident occurred Tuesday, December 24 between 5 PM to 7 AM the next day, near Adams Ave and 7th Street.
